Walter TabachnikWalter Tabachnik
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Walter Tabachnik, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 1990, brings to the Company several years of international and Israeli experience. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for Russells Furnishers Ltd., a South African national multiple outlet retail company. Mr. Tabachnik managed the Company’s initial public offering and the follow-on offering on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Mr. Tabachnik is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Alan AdlerAlan Adler
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, has been a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 1994 and was Chairman of the Board from that time until 2000 and again since 2003. He has been CEO since April 2004. Mr. Adler has over 30 years prior experience as a consultant and partner with McKinsey & Company and as a partner at the Evergreen Partners venture capital group, where he now serves as an external advisor. He has served as a Board director of numerous technology and life science companies. Mr. Adler holds a M.Sc. degree in Mathematics from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. degree with honors from Stanford University.
Yacov BubisYacov Bubis
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Yacov Bubis, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Co-founder of the Company. Since 1987, Mr. Bubis has served in various positions with the Company, including in project management and as R&D manager. Mr. Bubis served as the Company’s OEM Marketing Manager from January 1994 to December 1996. He has acted as Chief Operating Officer since January 1997. Mr. Bubis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Gerald FeldmanGerald Feldman,
President

Gerald Feldman, President, joined Oridion in September 2003 and is responsible for all commercial and operational activities worldwide. Prior to joining Oridion, Mr. Feldman held senior management positions including President of the Clinical Diagnostics Division at Thermo Electron Corporation from 1991-2003 and President of International Technidyne Corporation of Edison New Jersey (USA) from 1987-1991 before its sale to Thermo Electron Corporation in 1991. His prior positions were in health care including a long tenure as hospital administrator at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center in New Jersey, USA. Mr. Feldman has an M.B.A. and an M.P.H. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Queens College of CUNY (City University of New York).
Dominic CorsaleDominic Corsale
Vice President of Business Development and Alliance Management

Dominic joined Oridion in 2001. Prior to Oridion, Dominic was Director of OEM Sales/Marketing and Corporate Alliances at Novametrix Medical Systems, Marketing and Business Development Manager at Marquette Electronics and Founder and President of Marquette Gas Analysis Corporation. He is a graduate of the DeVry Institute of Technology, Chicago.
Uri GalUri Gal
Global Vice President of Human Resources

Uri joined Oridion in 2005. Prior to joining Oridion, Uri held a number of senior HR positions in various leading companies such as Check Point, Comverse and DHL Israel. Uri holds a degree in Social Sciences from Haifa University, and an HR Management diploma from the High Management Institute in Israel.

VP R&D

Uri David joined Oridion in 2007. Before joining Oridion, Uri was General Manager of QuantomiX, Vice President of Development and Production at FlowMedic, and the COO (Chief Operating Officer) at Backlife. He holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University, an MSc. in Industrial Design and an MBA from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
David Lain PhDDavid Lain PhD
Chief Clinical Officer

David joined Oridion in 2006. He is an active respiratory therapist and Fellow of the College of Chest Physicians. Formerly on faculty at the Medical College of Georgia, his background includes home care, adult critical care, sleep medicine and neonatology. He was formerly Vice President of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, at Vapotherm, Vice President of Clinical and Program Development at Respironics and Director of Clinical Management with BOC-Ohmeda's Specialty Products Division. He is a graduate of California College for Respiratory Therapy and holds a doctorate in health sciences from Newport University.

Global Vice President of Sales

Tom joined Oridion in 2001. Prior to joining the Company, Tom held various senior sales management positions in the Medical Device division of C.R. Bard. In addition, he gained experience in the diagnostic market while serving as part of the sales leadership at the i-STAT Corporation. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

VP Operations

Yehuda joined Oridion in 2006. Prior to Oridion, Yehuda served as Vice President of Operations at Radiancy Ltd. for 3 years and previously in the same position at Biomedicom Ltd.Yehuda started his career at the operations division of Scitex Ltd. where he held various technical and management positions for 10 years. Yehuda holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from Bar Ilan University.
Edna Wellner PhDEdna Wellner PhD
Vice President Quality Assurance

Edna joined Oridion in 1999. Prior to Oridion, Edna was Laboratory Manager in charge of Quality Control and Analytical R&D at Rafa Laboratories in Jerusalem and at Pharmos Corporation in Rehovot. Edna also was R&D project manager at Luz industries in Jerusalem. Edna holds a PhD in Applied Chemistry from the Casali Institute of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a post-doctorate in Surface Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati.
