Title: Preventing Sedation-Related Adverse Events with Capnography

Description: Patients receiving moderate to deep sedation are at significant risk of respiratory depression, sometimes with tragic outcomes. In this session, participants will understand the reality of respiratory depression and the value of capnography in early recognition and intervention. We will also explore the risks presented by patients with diagnosed or undiagnosed sleep apnea during sedation and how capnography can mitigate those risks.
