The CapnoLine H etCO2 breath sampling line enables continuous non-intubated monitoring of etCO2 in the ICU, where long duration use is required and nasal sampling is preferred.
The CapnoLine H family of products includes a product for the infant/neonate population with O2 tubing. The CapnoLine H O2 is designed with a split nare: sampling etCO2 from one nare and delivering O2 to the other nare. The product can deliver oxygen at a maximum flow rate of 3 liters per minute.
- Built-in water trap designed with a hydrophobic filter prevents moisture from entering the monitor while maintaining laminar flow and excellent waveforms
- Moisture reduction technology tubing combats humidity by allowing water vapor to escape allowing for long duration monitoring
- The filter design and small diameter of the circuit (1.0 mm I.D. microbore tubing) improve accuracy and response time
- Range of sizes available, adult, pediatric, and infant/neonatal patients
- The CapnoLine H O2 infant/neonate:
- the O2 delivery line is 3 meters long allowing for use in all care environments, including patient transport situations where the oxygen canister and the patient monitor are located at the foot of the bed.
- Moisture reduction technology is located below the O2 and CO2 junction. This design keeps this technology away the child's face for optimal infant comfort.
