Alan Adler,
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, Oridion Systems Ltd.
Alan Adler has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oridion from 1994 to 2000 and again since May 2003. Since April 2004, he has also been Oridions CEO. Mr. Adler has 14 years of prior experience as a consultant and partner with McKinsey & Company and has been a senior partner at the Evergreen Partners Venture Capital Group for the past 10 years. He has served as a Director on numerous Boards of hi-tech and medical device companies. Mr. Adler has a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Gerry Feldman, President of Capnography business unit
|
Gerry Feldman joined Oridion in September 2003 and is responsible for Capnography activities worldwide. Prior to joining Oridion, Mr. Feldman held senior management positions including President of the Clinical Diagnostics Division at Thermo Electron Corporation and President of International Technidyne Corporation of Edison New Jersey (USA) before and after its sale to Thermo. His prior positions were in health care including a long tenure as hospital administrator at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center in New Jersey, USA. Mr. Feldman has an MBA and an MPH from Columbia University and a BA from Queens College of CUNY (City University of New York).

Yacov Bubis,
Chief Operating Officer
Yacov Bubis co-founded Oridion with George Yariv. Since 1987, Mr. Bubis has served in various positions within the Company, including project management and R&D manager and OEM Marketing Manager. He has worldwide responsibility for Oridions research and development, manufacturing, quality assurance, information systems, and regulatory affairs. Prior to co-founding Oridion, Bubis served in the Bank of Israels research department. Mr. Bubis has a bachelor degrees in economics and business administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.

Walter Tabachnik,
Chief Financial Officer
Walter Tabachnik joined Oridion in 1991 and is responsible for Oridions overall financial activities, including accounting and treasury for the Oridion group of companies. Prior to this, he held a number of senior accounting management positions in various distinguished firms such as Mati Lifshitz Ltd, Israel, Hagai Wallenstein and Partners, Israel, and he served as Chief Financial Officer of Russel Furnisher Ltd, Johannesburg, South Africa and Ashot Ashkelon Industries Ltd., Israel. Mr. Tabachnik has bachelor degrees in accounting and economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. In addition, he is a certified public accountant in Israel.
